We know that a perfect fit is essential—especially when it comes to comfort and confidence. That’s why, if your underwear doesn’t fit properly, we’ll gladly offer a one-time free replacement of one item in the size of your choice.

This free replacement allows you to try another size without needing to return the original boxer or brief. If the new size fits better, you’ll also receive a special discount code to order a new bundle in your correct size at a reduced price.

Please note:

  • This offer is a one-time goodwill gesture, valid only for first-time purchases, and is valid for 30 days after delivery.

  • This policy is designed to help you find your ideal fit quickly, easily, and without hassle.

  • 4XL is the largest size we currently offer. If this size doesn’t meet your needs, unfortunately, we cannot provide a larger option. Please check our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Refunds

If you’d like to return your order for any reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and unworn (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of worn underwear even from bundles).

  • Items must be in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items must be in their original, unopened packaging.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at support@onviiwear.com to request a return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return address. 

  3. Carefully pack the items and ship them back. Always wait for our instructions before sending to avoid delays.

Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@onviiwear.com and include photos. We’ll either send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.

Important: Our underwear is sold in hygienically sealed bundles. If even one item from the bundle has been opened or worn, the right to return the entire bundle is void. For health and hygiene reasons, we only accept unopened, unused, and complete sets.

Customs duties or import taxes (for international orders) are always the responsibility of the customer.


Refusing a Package at Delivery

If an order is deliberately refused at the door (for example, not accepting the package or sending it back without reason or prior notice), we are forced to deduct processing and return fees from your refund.

Why?
Each refusal creates extra costs for:

  • Outbound and return shipping

  • Warehouse handling

  • Administrative processing

Fees for refusal without valid reason:

  • United States: $15.00 will be deducted from the refund

  • International orders: $20.00 will be deducted from the refund
