Canceling an Order

At ONVII WEAR, every order is carefully prepared. Because we pack our products with attention, processing starts immediately after your order is received.

Cancel within 1 hour
Would you like to cancel your order? You can do so within 1 hour after placing it. After that, we begin preparing and packing your order right away.

Important: fast processing
If your order has already been packed and shipped within this hour, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible even if you contacted us within the hour. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we cannot stop the process.

Order already shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you can always return it after delivery according to our [Return Policy].
